TRAFFIC CONVICTION APPEAL
The timeline in which to file your appeal is 30 days from the date of the judgment.
Appealing will stop (temporarily) the judgment rendered in court. The appeal will also roll back (temporarily) the additional demerit points added to your driver’s license. This will remain in effect until your appeal is heard. This means that while the judgment is being appealed, we can ask the court to order that the points be removed to your driving record until such time as a final decision is made on your matter.
Have you been unfairly found guilty under the Highway Traffic Act recently and have fresh evidence?
