TRAFFIC CONVICTION APPEAL or REOPENING

The timeline in which to file your appeal is 30 days from the date of the judgment and repenings must be done within 15 days depending if your offence falls under Part I or Part III of the POA. Applying for either will stop (temporarily) the judgment rendered in court. This will also roll back (temporarily) the demerit points added to your driver’s license. This will remain in effect until your case is heard. This means that we can ask the court to order that the points be removed to your driving record until such time as a final decision is made on your matter.

Have you been unfairly found guilty under the Highway Traffic Act recently and have new evidence?

If so, don't delay, contact DC Legal Services now, the clock is ticking!
